Julian joined Crown CFO in 2019 with 25+ years of chief financial officer experience, and seven years of prior CPA firm experience with Deloitte. His industry experience includes 13 years as CFO of Polsinelli, a national, aggressively growing law firm with offices coast to coast; nine years as CFO of Golf Course Superintendents Association of America, an international membership organization, foundation and for-profit subsidiary; and seven years as CFO of Titan Construction, a regional commercial building general contractor.
He has earned a reputation as a decisive, results-oriented financial leader and trusted member of leadership teams with a track record of successful strategic thinking, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, execution and problem solving. An active business mind and accomplished negotiator, with a history of building effective strategic relationships and high performing finance and accounting teams.
Julian graduated from Rockhurst University with a degree in Business/Accounting, and holds a CPA certificate.
