With over three decades of extensive experience in Banking and Finance, Doug brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the Industrial and Commercial sectors.  His deep understanding of the financial landscape and commitment to client success have earned him a stellar reputation in the industry.

Prior to joining Crown CFO, Doug held the position of President at community banks across Arkansas, Missouri, and Kansas, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability. Additionally, he spent over a decade as the owner, CFO, and CEO of CCF Brands, an Arkansas-based food services company. Under his leadership, CCF Brands flourished and became a trusted supplier for major retailers such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, and Target.
