When we were ready to sell our company, David Sloan handled 100% of the financial due diligence and coordinated completion of all other information being requested by four companies who entered into negotiations to purchase Safari Belting.  To state that this was a huge undertaking, does not adequately describe the amount of time and effort required to perform this critical work.  David’s contributions during this process put Safari in position to receive an offer for an industry leading 20 times EBITDA, an extraordinary achievement!

We’re thrilled with our relationship with Crown CFO and our fractional CFO Angela. Her capabilities, which are significant, aside, my favorite thing about our arrangement with Crown CFO is that though she’s only working for us part of the week, she feels fully integrated into our leadership team. She thinks strategically about the business and ways to make it successful as if it were her own.
